The FB289RBT features an SD memory card slot behind the folding control panel. Simply copy your favourite songs from your PC to an SD card, and you're ready to go with hours of MP3 music.

You can also connect your Bluetooth enabled cellular phone, PDA or iPod (with the optional Bluetooth transmitter) for even more music sources.

Indirect lighting on the FB289RBT makes each of the arched buttons appear to float, adding to the Metal Shark design. A mirror finish surrounds the bottom half of the illuminated rotary volume control.

Removable front panel with 728-variable colour illuminated keys providing brilliant illumination.

Radio tuner features:

• RDS (radio data system) &  EON (extended other networks) tuner
• TA traffic announce function will switch station for the duration of a traffic report. The original station is restored at the end of the report
• PTY-EON (programme type) information displays and allows selection of similar types of programme (news, pop, classics, sport etc.)
• FM waveband with 18 presets (18FM)
• Distance (DX) and local (LO) seek tuning is possible
• Auto-store entry feature stores best stations available in current location
• Preset scan will play stored stations in sequence for a brief period
